How to connect
Five minutes and the VPN works on all your devices.
First — your subscription link
- Get access Sign up and take the free day, or pick a plan. The Telegram bot works too — no sign-up needed.
- Copy the subscription link It's in your account under «Connection», or in the bot: «🔑 Subscription» → «🔗 Link and devices». One link covers all your devices — paste it on each of them.
Setting up the app
- Install Happ App Store — Happ · App Store — INCY
- Paste the subscription link In the app: «Add subscription» and paste the link. Servers appear automatically and the app keeps them up to date.
- Allow the VPN profile The system asks once. Without it the app cannot route your traffic.
- Turn on auto-connect In the app settings — «Connect on demand». Without it iOS may drop the VPN while the screen is off and will not bring it back on its own.

- Remove the battery restriction Android Settings → Apps → your app → Battery → «Unrestricted». Otherwise the system suspends it in the background and the connection drops.
Common questions
The VPN turns itself off on iPhone
That is iOS: it can evict the VPN extension from memory while the screen is off, and it will not restore it by itself. Turn on auto-connect (On-Demand) in the app settings and the system brings the tunnel back for you. Also switch off Low Power Mode — it throttles background work.
It is slow
Try another server from the list — they differ in load and in the route to you. If all of them are slow, contact support and mention your carrier or ISP; that narrows it down a lot.
My bank or government site will not open
Such sites often reject foreign addresses. Under «Connect» there is a routing profile that sends them straight out, bypassing the VPN — press Apply and the app adds the rules itself.
How many devices can I connect
It depends on the plan — the number is shown next to the price. There is a single subscription link: paste it on every device and they all work at the same time.
What counts is how many devices are connected at once, not how many times you pasted the link. Disconnect the laptop and its slot frees up.
Need more — switch to a plan with a higher device count: the time you already paid for is not lost.
My subscription ran out
Renew it in your account or in the bot — access resumes right after payment, with nothing to reconnect. The subscription link stays the same.
My subscription link leaked
Account settings let you replace the link: the old one stops working immediately. Reconnect your devices afterwards — the paid time is kept.
Where do I enter a promo code
In your account on the «Plans» page — the field above the list. In the bot: «🔑 Subscription» → «🏷 Promo code», or just send the code as a message. If someone gave you an activation link, opening it is enough.
Days and money are credited right away. A discount stays pending and comes off your next purchase — it holds until you spend it, remove it yourself, or the code runs out. Change your mind and leave the order unpaid — the discount comes back, nothing is lost.
Only one discount can be pending. To activate another code, remove the current one — the button next to it on the «Plans» page or in the bot. The removed code is freed and can be activated again.
How do I contact support
Your account has a «Support» section: describe the problem and the reply lands in the same thread. In the bot: «❓ Help» → «🆘 Support». We answer where you wrote from: ask from the bot and the reply comes to the bot. Every thread is kept.
