Terms of use

What this service is. Treegate VPN gives you encrypted internet access through our servers. You buy access for a period — one, two or four months — and use it throughout with no speed or traffic limits.

Registration. Buying requires an account: an email address and a password. The account is personal. You may use the subscription on several of your own devices, but it is not meant for resale or for sharing with strangers — where such use is evident, we may disable access.

Prices and payment. Current prices are always shown on the plans page. The first purchase of the monthly plan is discounted, and you see that price in your account before paying. You can pay by bank card or from your in-app balance. The final amount is calculated by the service at the moment of purchase and does not depend on what an older browser tab showed.

When access starts. Right after the payment is confirmed. If your subscription is still running, the days you bought are added to what remains — paid time is never lost.

Free access. You can take one day for free, and again no sooner than 30 days later. This is a gift rather than a contracted service: we may change the terms or stop offering it at any time. Days already granted are never taken back.

In-app balance. Your balance holds bonuses for invited friends and top-ups made by the administrator. Money on the balance can be spent on any plan.

Invitations. When someone you invited pays for a subscription, 10 percent of the amount returns to your balance. A code cannot be applied to yourself and cannot be changed once used.

Refunds. Changed your mind — write to support and we will refund the unused days in proportion to the remaining period. If the service fails through our fault and we cannot fix it, the refund is full. Bonuses earned through invitations are not refundable in money: they can be spent on any plan.

What is not allowed. Using the access for unlawful acts, sending spam, attacking other people's systems, or anything that harms others. Such access is disabled without a refund.

Liability. The service runs on rented servers and depends on network links beyond our control. We work to keep it available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime. We are not responsible for the content of the sites you visit.

Changes. We may change these terms and the prices. Changes apply to future purchases: a period already paid for runs on the terms it was bought under.
