Privacy policy

The main point. We keep no logs of the sites you open through the VPN and no history of your connections. The whole point of the service is the opposite, and we do not want to hold such data — not least so that it cannot be requested from us.

What we store about your account. Your email address, so you can sign in and receive notifications. Your password is stored only as an irreversible hash and cannot be recovered from the database. The date you registered.

What we store about purchases. The date, amount, plan and status of every order, the operations on your balance, your referral code and who invited whom. This is what lets us show your history and calculate prices and bonuses correctly.

What we store about the subscription. The expiry date and the volume of traffic used — what the access itself needs. This data lives in the subscription panel on our own server and is not passed on.

Site statistics. We record which pages of the site were opened and when. IP addresses and browser details are not stored — visitors are told apart by a random number in a cookie that is not tied to any personal information. These records are deleted automatically after 180 days.

Cookies. There are three: one keeps you signed in, another remembers your chosen language, and the third holds that random number used for statistics. There are no advertising or third-party cookies on the site, and we do not use any third-party analytics services.

Payments. Card details are entered on the payment provider's side and are not available to us — we only see the amount, the status and the payment identifier. On our side, we do not tell the payment provider what you are paying for: the payment purpose is not sent.

Sharing with others. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the payment provider, and only to the extent a payment cannot go through without it. There is one exception: an official request we are legally obliged to answer. Even then we can only hand over what we have — and we have no browsing history.

How long we keep it. Account data and purchase history are kept for as long as the account exists. Site visit records are kept for 180 days.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have inaccuracies corrected, or have your account and its data deleted. Write to support — the link is in the site footer. Note that records of completed payments may be kept longer where the law requires it.
